The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees consists of a total of seven members: two representatives from the Ministry Council, two representatives from the Operations Council, two congregational members at large, plus the executive minister. The functions of the BOT include:

- setting strategic direction and policy development
- the accountability of the executive minister
- the review and approval of council recommendations

The Ministry Council

The main function of the Ministry Council is to oversee the many ministries of Christ Community Church. The Ministry Council’s main functions include:

- designing, enabling, and facilitating ministry
- membership, congregational care, and outreach
- maintaining the church environment (parking, ushers, offering, etc.)

The Operations Council

The main function of the Operations Council is to enable the general operating procedures and tasks of Christ Community Church. The Operation Council’s main functions include:

- finances: budgeting, accounting, securing financial undergirding
- oversight of physical building/properties
- personnel: advise on hiring/remuneration
